If you are planning to participate in the Relay for LIfe this Friday, June 9-10, you need to register NOW. Please go to the website and follow the instructions for youth participants, including printing and completing the two forms-one for the scout and the other for a chaperone, if you are an adult planning to attend (Relay rules state one chaperone per 5 youth). There is a place on the site for registering on-line, including the requirement of a $10 fee for each registrant. There is also a request to raise $100 per relay participant, something I hope everyone is working on. So far, only two people are registered . You may not be allowed to sleep over and/or participate if you have not registered, paid the fee, or raised $100. Everyone is required to wear an i.d. bracelet, which you will get when you give your completed froms TONIGHT to me at the scout meeting. Please look through the site carefully; it is filled with helpful things: in addition to information on other teams and how they’re doing with the fundraising, it also has tips on how to raise money, form letters, etc. Thank you your prompt attention to this!
